The primary mission of the service is to ensure subscribers are "In" or "Out" of the US Stock Market at Major turning points. The service utilizes a proprietary model, developed over several years in the early 1980s, that has given 8 clear signals in REAL time since 1986, including catching the '87 crash with a "sell" signal a full six weeks in advance of the Oct. 19 Crash.
