Book is implemented on a Compact Disc for experts of TA with intent to represent results of scientific searching of new Impulse-Time concept. All description, charts, formulations, application discussed in this work are for information and education purposes. DB Tamer contains only new methods. Rules of construction, descriptions, applications, computational formulas and conditional designations for: 7 new indicators of impulses; 17 new indicators for analysis of time and impulses cycles; 1 expert; 9 new and 4 modified graphic styles; 8 modified indicators from MOM, ROC, RSI, Osc, MA, MACD, Stochastics and OBV. The analysis of time's intervals by tools of technical analysis now is possible.
