The major plans for upgrading the current level of trading service are as follows:
We have just launched our Voice Activated Trading via telephones. You speak in your normal manner and place trades orally through our computer interface. Of course touch tone will also be available and there are always people to talk to, should you require it. A totally new Internet trading platform will be released in late 2001. It will have parked orders, basket orders, the ability to click on an "open postion", view depth of bid and offers and have a liquidating order displayed for your review and quickly transmitted. Of course live balances, quotes and charts will be included.
