Brief explanation of Course/Seminar
This workshop emphasizes technical analysis, the visual study of stocks, in order to promote understanding of market activity. Students will learn to construct and decipher classical chart patterns, recognize trends, and interpret other technical indicators. The objective of the course is to combine technical and fundamental analysis in making investment decisions.

Brief explanation of instructor(s) experience:
Former member of both the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. WHile on the floor, Mr. Owings instructed a series of training programs for new floor traders. He is a licensed broker holding Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses and is also a Chartered Market Technician candidate. After leaving the floor, Mr. Owings has turned his attention to designing educationally sound independent training for traders and investors.
