Brief fund description:
Invesco Balanced Fund seeks total return through capital appreciation and current income. The fund typically invests between 50% and 70% of assets in common stocks and the balance of assets in fixed-income securities. It normally invests at least 25% of assets in U.S. government obligations and investment-grade corporate bonds. The fund may invest up to 25% of assets directly in foreign securities; it may invest in ADRs without regard to this limitation. It may also invest in investment-grade municipal obligations. On June 11, 1999, Invesco Multi-Asset Allocation Fund merged into the fund.
