The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks and other equity securities, including convertible debt and preferred stocks, nonconvertible preferred stocks, warrants, and rights. It invests primarily in blue-chip companies with market capitalizations in excess of $2 billion and revenues greater than $500 million. The fund may invest up to 10% of assets in foreign securities.
