Brief fund description:
Brandywine Blue Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation; current income is secondary. The fund invests at least 70% of assets in the common stocks of well-established, but dynamic, blue-chip companies with market capitalizations of more than $500 million. The advisor selects companies with opportunities for growth resulting from such phenomena as new products, acquisitions, divestitures, changes in management, and new legislation. It may invest up to 15% of assets in foreign securities, including ADRs. The fund has a minimum initial purchase of $100,000. It is open to all investors.
