AXP Blue Chip Advantage Fund - Class B seeks long-term total return exceeding total return of the U.S. stock market measured by the S&P 500 index. The fund normally invests 95% of assets in S&P 500 index stocks. It typically does not own shares of each of the companies in the index, nor does it attempt to produce the same market results as the index. Management expects to invest at least 65% of assets in blue-chip stocks, which it defines as S&P 500-listed companies with market capitalizations of at least $1 billion. Class A shares have front loads; B shares have deferred loads, 12b-1 fees, conversion features; Y shares are available only to institutional investors.
