FastBreak Pro uses a Genetic Algorithm to search for robust trading parameters. Over optimization of trading systems is avoided by automatically testing systems for parameter robustness and out-of-sample testing of the best systems found. FastBreak Pro contains all the functionality of the Standard FastBreak program plus contains the Genetic Algorithm search, robustness check and out-of-sample testing. The software has a direct interface with the Investors FastTrack mutual fund and stock database. User can design and backtest robust trading systems that use relative strength to give specific buy and sell signals. User can build trading systems that include: market timing, vary the number of funds or stocks held, select from a wide variety of stops (including, moving averages, trailing, SAR parabolic, rate of return buy and sell). A detailed trading history report is generated that shows results of all historical trades and summary information on every fund/stock purchased.
