Attain Capital's portfolio calculator is a free tool for Attain Capital clients which allows investors to test different combinations of trading systems together as one portfolio. The calculator uses a fixed fractional money management approach to risk a set percentage of total equity on each trade. By inputting an investor's levles of initial equity and desired amount of risk, as measured by % of capital, the calculator will compute how many contracts can be traded with each system to risk no more than the desired % of equity on each system trade, and display the hypothetical total return and risk attained using the defined level of percentage risk.
